Purchasing and Downloading your Funeral Program Templates


Purchasing your funeral program template is quick and easy

Is it safe to put my payment information on your site?

Do I have to use PAYPAL?

Paypal is our payments processor...but you do not have to use a paypal account.  You can pay with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card.   After checkout, you will be transfered to Paypal site, look to the bottom left of the page and find the words "Don't have a Paypal Account.  Use your credit card or bank account click to Continue".  Click the link and pay by credit card.

I have checked out and processed my order, but I haven't received my download link?

If you haven't received a download link in you email, you probably haven't completed you payment on the Paypal website.  You should have a confirmation email from Paypal if you have made payment.  If you haven't paid through paypal, do the following:

1.  Go to http://elegantmemorials.com and log in (Login is on the left hand side of the web page). 
2.  Go to "Account Maintenance" and click on your Pending Order.  Click Paypal button and make payment. 
3.  A link to download you funeral program template will be sent your email within minutes.

Editing your Funeral Program Templates


What program do I need to edit my funeral program template?

Our funeral program templates use MICROSOFT WORD 2003 or higher.  You must have the full Microsoft Word program installed on your computer.  Microsoft Word Viewer will not allow you to save changes to your funeral program and cannot be used.  You can also use Apple Pages or Apple's Version of MS Word to edit your funeral program template.

Are the Funeral Program Templates easy to use?

Yes!  If you are familiar with Microsoft Word, than you can easily use our templates.  Since the templates are pre-formatted, all you have to do is open the template, click in the textbox and replace the text with your specific information.  ALL TEXT is customizable.  Be as creative as you want.
 

What can I change on my Funeral Program Template?

You can change ALL TEXT on our Funeral Program Templates.  Feel free to change the title of your funeral program to something more suiting.  For example, you can change "In Loving Memory" to "In Remembrance" or "Remembering Her Life".  All poems can be changed, and additional poems, scriptures and notes can be added.

What are my printing options for my funeral programs?

You have several printing options.  Of course, you funeral programs can be easily printed at home on a ink jet printer, or a laser printer.  Elegant Memorials Funeral Program Templates are formatted to conserve on ink or toner.  Try using a slightly heavier paper, such as a 28 pound or 32 pound paper (usually found at your local office supply store) for best results.   Really heavy papers (over 32 pounds) and card stocks (65 pounds and up) tend to jam in ink jet printers, and most laser printers are not built for paper over 32 pounds.

You may also take your complete funeral program template file to a copy store and printing shop, or an office supply store for printing.
