1. Since we sell electronic products that are available immediately, all sales are final. Downloads will expire after 10 days.  Customers can download templates for 5 times over a 10 day period. However, once you have downloaded the template to your computer, it is available on your computer until you delete it. Templates may be re-used by purchaser to make multiple funeral programs as many times as needed.  We recommend that our customers make a back up copy of their template on a portable drive or in cloud storage in case of computer malfunction.  We are unable to replace lost templates.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will help you solve your problem.  If you have accidentally purchased the wrong layout or design, please contact us so we can help you resolve your problem. We are committed to good customer service, and will work with you to help you solve any problem that you are experiencing.

3. Elegant Memorials, Inc. (http://elegantmemorials.com) maintains exclusive rights to all funeral program graphic designs contained on this website. Graphics and images on this website are not to be copied, sold or redistributed.

4. Elegant Memorials Templates and Template Packages may not be resold or redistributed.
