Elegant Memorials Terms of Service

1. Since we sell electronic products that are available immediately, all sales are final. Downloads will expire after 10 days.  Customers can download templates for 5 times over a 10 day period. These limits apply to all orders, including guest checkout orders. Guest customers get their download link in the order confirmation email and on the order confirmation page. Customers who checked out as guests should keep their confirmation email, because they cannot log in to an account to download again. However, once you have downloaded the template to your computer, it is available on your computer until you delete it. Templates may be re-used by purchaser to make multiple funeral programs as many times as needed.  We recommend that our customers make a back up copy of their template on a portable drive or in cloud storage in case of computer malfunction.  We are unable to replace lost templates after the 10-day download period has ended.

If you checked out as a guest and lost your confirmation email, contact us within the 10-day download period with your order number or the email address used at checkout.  If you have accidentally purchased the wrong layout or design, please contact us so we can help you resolve your problem. We are committed to good customer service, and will work with you to help you solve any problem that you are experiencing.

3. Elegant Memorials, Inc. (http://elegantmemorials.com) maintains exclusive rights to all funeral program graphic designs contained on this website. Graphics and images on this website are not to be copied, sold or redistributed.

4. Elegant Memorials Templates and Template Packages may not be resold or redistributed.
