Sizes and layouts

• Bifold: 8.5 x 11 letter paper, with four panels.
• Legal bifold and trifold: 8.5 x 14 legal paper.
• 4-page graduated: 8.5 x 11, printed on both sides of two sheets.
• Large booklet: prints on 11 x 17 paper and folds to an 8.5 x 11 booklet.
• Bottom folds and gatefolds: see each template's page for the paper size.
• Prayer cards: 2.5 x 4.25, eight per sheet.

How editing works

• Replace the placeholder text with your own words.
• To add photos, right-click a picture and choose Change Picture.
• You can remove backgrounds and borders to save ink.
• For Word files, use desktop Word. Google Docs, Word Online and phone apps can shift the layout of a bifold.
• Print double-sided and flip on the short edge, then fold.

Common questions

• Can I use the template more than once? Yes. You can use it as often as you need. Downloads are available for 10 days after purchase.
• Do I need special software? Not if you choose a Canva design, because Canva is free in your browser. Word, Publisher and Pages files need that program on a computer.
• Is there a package with many designs? Yes. The Standard Package has 45 templates for $99.99, in Word or Publisher. View template packages
